Kelly Mahaffey, 43, was arrested about 6:45 p.m. on suspicion of identity theft as the result of an ongoing investigation, said Norwalk sheriff’s Sgt. Craig Harman. Checks and other materials linking her to identity theft were found inside her house, Harman said.
